Once a quote is accepted by the shipper, please follow the steps outlined below:

Initiate the booking process by entering the load details into the Tai system.

After booking the load, confirm with the shipper that the load has been booked at the agreed price. This step is crucial to ensure that both parties are aligned on the terms of the agreement.

Notify the shipper that the Operations team will reach out to schedule the pickup. This communication helps set expectations and prepares the shipper for the next steps in the process.

Utilize the 'Handoff' Macro to transfer the conversation to the Operations team. This ensures that all relevant information is passed along and that the Operations team is fully briefed on the load details.
