This document outlines the necessary documentation required to support claims related to product purchases. Proper documentation is essential to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

Required Documentation for Claims

To successfully submit a claim, the following documents must be provided:

  • Original invoice for the purchase of the products

  • Packing List

  • Repair Estimate/Salvage Value (if applicable)

  • Photos of Damage

  • Copy of Bill of Lading (BOL) where the goods were signed for as short or damaged

Important Note

Claims that do not include sufficient information and documentation to establish that the loss, shortage, or damage occurred during transport will not be accepted. It is crucial to ensure that all required documents are submitted to facilitate the claims process.
