Submitting Your Invoice
Once a load is complete and you have the proof of delivery (POD) in hand, you can easily submit an invoice through the OTR Solutions Mobile App or Client Portal. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth invoicing process.
Steps to Submit an Invoice
Log in to the OTR Solutions Mobile App or Client Portal.
Fill out the load details to create your invoice.
Upload all necessary documents, including:
The Rate Confirmation provided by the broker
The proof of delivery (POD)
Any additional accessorial documents, such as lumper receipts and scale tickets
Efficiency of the Process
The entire invoicing process can take less than a minute, allowing you to quickly and efficiently manage your billing after completing a load.
